Data
Integrity
The Ciraden team, working in conjunction with its vendor partner,
assures the integrity of the data from your software solution.
The support team accomplishes this by using sophisticated systems
and techniques, including load balancing, server redundancy, data
storage (RAID), and live hot back-ups. Your data is automatically
backed-up in real time, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. In addition,
we conduct an additional daily system back-up of your data and
secure it in another limited access facility.

Power
Ciraden provides uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for all of its
applications and systems, and seamless fail-over to a back-up
generator at its hosting partners data center. This means
another layer of protection against down-time for your practices
system.
Connectivity
Your practice will need DSL, cable, satellite, fractional T1,
or another strong Internet pipeline to optimize performance. Once
connected, your practice will be accessing your software system
through the central database stored in our data center.
