Dr.
Fink is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ciraden and
has thirty-two years of experience in the private practice of dentistry
and twenty-seven years of experience in dental practice management.
Dr.
Fink is the co-founder of Dental Associates, a dental practice located
in Northern Virginia, which began as a two person dental practice
in 1969. Dr. Fink grew Dental Associates from two dentists practicing
at a single site to 24 dentists practicing at 9 sites. Dr. Fink
has been the Chief Executive Officer of Dental Associates since
1987.
Dr.
Fink served on the faculty of Georgetown University School of Dentistry
from 1973 until 1989 and was the 1997 Georgetown University School
of Dentistry Man of the Year. He served as an instructor in operative
dentistry, as a professorial lecturer, and from 1977 until 1989,
as Course Director for practice management. Dr. Fink has lectured
extensively on issues of dental practice management and dental practice
equity for national, state, and local dental societies, and dental
schools throughout the country. He is also a frequent speaker for
the American Dental Association on issues of practice values and
transition.
Since
1978, Dr. Fink has provided management and consulting services to
thousands of dental practices throughout the United States and Canada
first through Eastern Dental Consultants and since 1986 as Chief
Executive Officer of American Dental Transition Consultants, Inc.(formerly
known as Professional Practice Management Consultants, Ltd.). He
has published numerous articles in various dental professional periodicals,
and has been interviewed by both the New York Times and Smart Money
Magazine.
Dr. Fink has served as a consultant to the American Dental Association
Council on dental practice. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon
Dental Honor Society and a recipient of the Thomas E. Hinman Medallion.
Dr.
Fink received his Bachelor of Arts from Clark University and his
D.D.S. from Georgetown University School of Dentistry.
