Mr.
Kinder joined Ciraden as Vice President of Business Development
in September 1997 and was most recently promoted to Executive Vice
President in January 2001. Mr. Kinder brings over 20 years of executive
level management experience.
From
July 1994 to December 1996, Mr. Kinder served as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for Collegiate Health Care (CHC)
where he spearheaded all aspects of the business development, venture
capital fundraising, marketing, and sales strategy, and execution.
During his tenure with CHC, Mr. Kinder increased annual revenue
and contracted clients by 500% and 400% respectively via the development
and implementation of new comprehensive business strategies including
international expansion.
Before
this, from October 1980 to June 1994, Mr. Kinder was Administrator
and Chief Operating Officer of the University Health Center, University
of Maryland (UMD) where he directed the divisions of
primary care, sports medicine, physical therapy, psychiatry, laboratory,
pharmacy, radiology, dentistry and comprehensive health education.
Mr.
Kinder established his strong entrepreneurial business leadership
capabilities early in his career as Cofounder and President of HealthVisions
and HV Media, Inc. and President and Founder of Dental Choice, Inc.
HealthVisions and HV Media received over eleven national and international
awards for their work at over 3,250 colleges and high schools in
the US and Canada.
Mr.
Kinder holds an MSBA from Boston University School of Management
and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
