Ciraden
Hires Chief Technology Officer, Alec Palmer

To
continue efforts in transforming its business to an application
services provider (ASP) model, Ciraden recently hired Chief Technology
Officer, Alec Palmer. Prior to joining Ciraden, Mr. Palmer was the
Senior VP of Information Technology at Cadmus Communications, the
world leader in printing journals for scientific, technical and
medical associations. With over 20 years of conceptualizing, launching
and delivering complex technology projects in a variety of businesses,
Mr. Palmer brings valuable leadership and experience to Ciradens
information technology initiatives.

Fink added, We are excited about Alec joining our senior management
team and spearheading the project development with our technical
partner, Commerce One. This initiative includes a web-native
practice management system and portal, providing dental practices
one of the first fully integrated suites of business products and
services via the Internet.
Ciraden
is one of the largest privately-held business services providers
in the dental industry. Currently the company has client practices
in 7 markets and generates approximately $95 million in patient
revenue under management. Ciraden operates its business today utilizing
a private wide-area network, with services in information technology,
procurement, accounting, human resources, marketing, training, and
practice management consulting.
