CIRADEN
ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH TELEVERE SYSTEMS FOR
TIGERVIEW IMAGING SOLUTION
Fairfax, Virginia, March 29, 2002
Fairfax, Virginia -- Ciraden announced today that the company has
entered into an agreement for the exclusive rights to TigerView,
the flagship image management solution of Televere Systems. Televere
of Los Gatos, California launched TigerView as a server-based application
to the dental market in 1997. With a substantial number of users
across the country, TigerView has been an industry leader in computerized
image management.
TigerViews proprietary technology is based on cutting edge
technology used by the Department of Defense for automated recognition
of fighter aircraft. .The best fit for our product is
with a company like Ciraden", said John Thomas CEO of Televere
Systems. "Their strategic direction, financial stability and
aggressive sales and marketing strategies will build the type of
distribution and support efforts to expand TigerViews success.
Thomas added, My team and I are excited to join a team of
professionals with such relevant experience in technology and dentistry.
Ciradens CEO and president Dr. Bernie Fink said, This
agreement provides us a versatile image management solution to integrate
with our core practice management application. By incorporating
TigerView into the Ciraden system, we will now be able to fully
address both the business and clinical practice management requirements
in a single solution. John and his staff bring the type of new
age thinking that fits perfectly into our organization.
Ciradens
web-based practice management system was recently featured at a
round table discussion at the AADGP meeting in San Diego, CA entitled
Software Solutions In The Information Age. The application
is becoming popular with group practices throughout the country
due to its unique multi-site capabilities and centralized database.
The Ciraden-TigerView integration will not only enable solo
and group-based practitioners to manipulate digital images from
a variety of sources, but facilitate the sharing of those images
across multiple offices and securely across the Internet to referring
networks, added Dr. Fink.
Ciraden is a leading provider of business services and technology
solutions to dental practices throughout North America. Last year
the company completed a two year, multi-million dollar project to
construct one of the first web-based practice management systems
for dentistry. Leveraging the Internet as its platform, the Ciraden
system was built to provide connectivity, functionality, and accessibility
to all of the tools a practice needs to manage its daily activity.
