Ciraden provides training in many formats leveraging our training staff and technology to provide Ciraden users with maximum flexibility and convenience. You and your staff can choose from the following training methods to capitalize on your personal learning preferences. Our programs are designed to assist you prior, during and after implementation.

 



On Location. These private instructor classes, led by our team of certified professionals, are provided on location for the entire office. Each module is a four-hour segment that can be tailored to the office needs.

 


Web Conferencing. These powerful instructor led classes are scheduled regularly. The student uses their own computer and a telephone to follow the presentation. Classes are offered for beginning and advanced level users.



Training Manuals. Training manuals are available in several formats to include a published version (additional fee), printed version from the web, CD (additional fee), and extensive on-line help files specific to most software pages.



Web-enabled self-learning. Our online training modules for Ciraden provide a great basic training for new users. There are six main modules that are covered: Using the Internet, Daily Office Processes, Insurance, Reports (forms, cards, letters), Appointment Scheduler, and Office Set-up. These modules are always available for your staff (24/7) to use as refresher training or for any new member of your staff.

 


Specific Software Questions. Call center training support is provided from 7:00am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm EST. Customers can access support via phone, e-mail, or fax.



Coaching. Practice specific coaching can be purchased in four-hour time blocks that can be used over any 12-month period. Coaching trainers are specifically assigned to a practice and can provide support over the phone or through email.



Certification. Ciraden training offers a comprehensive user certification process that is intended to help you maximize your office’s utilization of the Ciraden features.



Software Demonstration. This engaging software demonstration highlights the features and functionality of the system and is an excellent introduction to the software.
